Yoga and Surf Package designed for people who need a flexible mix of Yoga with surf lessons or surf guiding. The Yoga and Surf is an all-inclusive package. This package includes 7-Nights Full board accommodation all meals included breakfast, pick up lunch and dinner, 6 days of surf lessons with a qualified surf instructor, or 6 days surf guiding with a local surf guide. 6 Yoga sessions each Morning at the Sunrise. the Sunset sessions are not included but you can book it on your Arrival (optional). Our Yoga lessons include asanas that develop your sense of balance and coordination. Every morning at dawn you will take part in an active and invigorating Vinyasa flow practice that will make you sweat and energize for the whole surfing day. And at a sunset, after a tiring and overwhelming day of surfing, we will relax and relieve the accumulated tension with Yin and Restorative yoga methods. Slow practice and long retention of asanas will allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation and reboot for the next day in the ocean.

TYPICAL DAY
7am Morning yoga session.
Every morning we have a lovely breakfast between 8am – 9am ( fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, eggs, mint tea, coffee, fresh juice, freshly baked bread, pancakes etc…)
09.30am road trip to one of the best surf spot adapted to your surf level.
10am Morning surf lesson / supervised surfing with instructors.
13pm Picnic at the beach.
14pm Supervised Afternoon surfing session.
16pm / 16.30pm Back to the Surf Camp.
17.30pm After surfing yoga session. (optional you can book on your arrival)
19pm Tasty Hearty and healthy Dinner. Each week the menu varies a bit, but generally there is a mix between traditional Moroccan meals such as tajines, couscous, good old fashioned barbeques and fish….! If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any dietary requirements, just let us know when you book in.
